Reuse of once collected clinical data bears potentials for clinical research. In cooperation with Zentrum für Informationsmanagement (ZIMt) of Hanover Medical School, we strive to establish a centralized research repository. It will allow identifying patient cohorts and complex data analysis. Our research is focused on the use of computable detailed clinical models (DCM) to accomplish as robust as versatile data representation in the data warehouse. Exploration of methods to quickly integrate heterogenous data models is a central point.
