Visual Analytics Center
General aim
Interdisciplinary cooperation projects require a joint viewing and exploration of the data towards a common understanding right from the start. The Visual Analytics Center (VAC) offers a protected space within the MHH where data from clinical routine can be worked on. At special workstations equipped for collaborative work, teams of doctors and computer scientists can not only verify hypotheses about the data, but also generate new hypotheses together. For this purpose, special VA frameworks are developed based on synchronized data views, which allow the introduction of expert knowledge and combine visualization techniques with artificial intelligence (AI) methods for an iterative and interactive analysis.
