2024-04-18: Friedrich Wingert Foundation honors Carolin Cissée with the Young Talent Award at the DMEA

Carolin Cissée was honored with the Friedrich Wingert Foundation's Young Talent Award at the DMEA - Connecting Digital Health trade fair. This award recognizes her outstanding commitment and achievements in the field of medical informatics. We congratulate Carolin Cissée on this well-deserved recognition and look forward to further innovative contributions from her in the future.

Ms. Carolin Cissée expressed her gratitude for the support she received during her Master's thesis. She particularly emphasized the support from the Friedrich Wingert Foundation, which not only gave her the opportunity to present her project at the DMEA, but also supported her work with a scholarship.
She also thanked her project team, consisting of Prof. Dr.- Steffen Oeltze-Jafra, Mahmut Özmen & Dr. Mohamed Yaseen Jabarulla from the Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics, Prof. Dr. Anette Melk, Dr. Carl Grabitz and Todor Svatovski from the Clinic for Pediatric Kidney, Liver and Metabolic Diseases at Hannover Medical School (MHH) and Prof. Dr. Elke Wühl from the Center for Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at Heidelberg University Hospital (UKHD), for their support.
