2022-11-01: CeBMI video contribution on the Youtube channel of the PLRI
The film is about the Erasmus+ project. In this project (2020-2022) the aim was to generate an e-learning platform on which materials with the theme of biomedicine and medical informatics are made available. This platform already exists and is presented in this video. One of the goals is to find new members for the platform and of course to represent the PLRI.
The aim of the project, carried out by a consortium of 13 institutions from 9 EU countries in the framework of the Knowledge Alliances (Erasmus+ K2), is to support the educational process and develop courses dealing with current advances in Biomedical and Medical Informatics (BMI). The project will develop a center for advanced BMI.
The simultaneous participation of universities and companies in the project promotes a new trend of integrated medical and IT education relevant to the definition of an emerging innovative BMI-related professional profile that is in high demand by companies. The BMI Center is also open to other partners, outside the consortium, who wish to participate in collaborative activities to ensure the impact and sustainability of the project.
