In der Metropolregion Hannover, Braunschweig, Göttingen, Wolfsburg soll erstmal ein Zentrum für Unfall- und Notfallinformatik (A&EI) aufgebaut werden.
Das PLRI ist am Projekt „Entwicklungsplattform Gesundheitswirtschaft“ mit weiteren Partnern der Metropolregion beteiligt.
