2024-07-19: Day of the young software developers
The results of this year's software development internship were presented on July 11.
Students from the bachelor's degree programs in computer science, business informatics and information systems technology at the Technische Universität of Braunschweig took part with their semester projects.
The three best teams received an award.
The Peter L. Reichertz Institute received recognition for second place.
1st place: "Virtual reality learning environment for children with ADHD”
2nd place: "Radlritter”
The students from the Peter L. Reichertz Institute developed an app for safe bicycle navigation based on OpenBikeSensor data.
Users can use this app to determine a route in which cars should keep a greater distance from bicycles.
They were supported by the Institute of Computer Graphics and the Institute of Machine Tools and Production Engineering.
